2019 Wedding Season truly started off with a bang with this couple here!
Since it was my first wedding of the year, I have to admit I was pretty anxious leading up. I had taken what seemed like the longest winter break of my life and was absolutely itching to get into the swing of things. I could not have asked for a better start to the year! Oh yeah, and did I mention it was supposed to storm all day and we didn’t experience one single rain drop?
Troy and Tressa got married in De Motte, IN at Grace Fellowship Church. Not so coincidentally, its also the church where Tressa’s father preaches at, so naturally he was the officiant as well. How special is that?!
After the ceremony, the bridal party and I headed to Fritts Berry Farm to tackle some pictures and wind down (or turn up?) time before the reception. This farm was absolutely stunning! This was another special edition to the day by Tressa, as it is owned by a family member. I love love LOVE when we get to go to special places that are unique to the couple.
When it was time for reception, we made our way to Meadow Springs Manor in Francesville, IN to get the party started. I think the pictures say it all…this crowd LOVED to dance! Theres nothing better to a photographer when people actually dance at a reception. It makes for great photos, to say the least!
Over-all this day was so magical. Troy + Tressa make such a beautiful couple, and the joy surrounding them and their love was amazing to witness. They have some amazing friends and family standing beside them and Im so happy I got to capture it all on camera! Here are some of my faves:
The details from this wedding were so cool! Troy’s boutonnière was made using a shell casing!
Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Yarnelle!
